Cancellation Policy
I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or other obligations. However please keep in mind when you do not cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from booking a service. We respectfully request a 24 hour notice of the cancellation of your scheduled service. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice could be subject to a 40% fee.
